TO ORDER:  Please review the following Ordering Requirements, Terms, and Conditions of Sale.  Any questions, please call customer service at 1-800-745-1667 or e-mail us using the form on the "Contact Us" page.

CREDIT & TERMS:  Upon approved credit, terms are Net 30 days, FOB Southern California.  A 50% advance deposit may be required when ordering embroidered garments.  Cancellations cannot be accepted once the order is received.  PRODUCTION TIME:  Please allow 2 weeks from approved art.

SHIPPING:  Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground or UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.  Shipments will be shipped under our FedEx No., prepaid and billed.  Freight charges iinclude a 1.5% carton and handling charge.  RETURNS & CLAIMS:  Shortages or defective merchandise claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods to Escape Sportif.  Return Authorizations must be obtained from the Company in advance or the return merchandise will be refused.  NAMEDROPS:  It is the purchaser's responsibility to make certain that the namedrops specified are correct in every detail including spelling, upper and lower case letter details, capitalization, and  punctuation.  Once production has commenced no canncellations are permissible nor may any shipments be refused.  PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:  A finance charge of 1.5% per month, or the highest amount allowed by law may be charged and added to the balance due when an account is 30 or more days past due.  LICENSING:  By signing (or e-mailing) an order to us, the customer acknowledges and warrants that he or she is legally empowered to authorize the production and reproduction of the ordered design(s), name(s), logo(s), or emblem(s) and that no payment, royalty, license fee, or remuneration of any kind will become due any person or entity as a result thereof.  Further, customer specifically agrees to hold harmless Escape Sportif and Equipment de Sport, USA Incorporated, its officers, employees and sales representatives with respect to any legal action arising as a consequence of the production of any ordered design or logotype.
