	ORDERING: Before filling out the accompanying order form, please review all the following terms, and conditions of sale. CREDIT & TERMS: Upon approved credit, terms are Net 30 days, FOB So. Calif. Special winter season terms and discouonts are available. Consult your sales representative or call 1-800-745-1667. DELIVERY DATES: Initial season shipments begin approximately September 1. Unless specified otherwise, shipments will commence as merchandise becomes availble. Some back-ordering may be necessary in order that the available product be shipped as close to the requested date as possible. PACKING & SHIPPING: Unless otherwise noted on the order, some substitutions in colors or sizes may be made to adequately supply the requested products. A packing and cartoning charge equal to 1.5% of the net amount of the invoice is automatically added to the invoice amount. Shipments will be made under our FedEx no., prepaid and billed. RETURNS & CLAIMS: Shortages or defective merchandise claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods to Elan Blanc. A Return Authorization must be obtained in advance. Otherwise returned merchandise will not be accepted. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: A finance charge of 1.5% per month, or the highest amount allowed by law may be charged and added to the balance due when an account is 30 or more days past due. The customer will also be responsible for any collection charges and/or attorney fees that accrue as a cconsequence.
